If the instructor is not available, a school official can certify the grades/EOC scores.  i.e. High school counselor, principle, PLTW coordinator, etc.

Your instructor should have access to the EOC score.

Letter grades are assigned for the Biomedical Science and Comp Sci/IS&T courses.

A grade of EX is assigned for Engineering courses.
