Please submit the completed form/payment to the high school to be sent with an official high school transcript. The transcript must be sent directly from the high school to Missouri S&T. Or you can obtain a transcript in a “sealed” envelope from the high school to be sent with the application/payment.

The high school transcript must have final grades for both graded semesters (please wait to submit the application until grades are posted).

If you have not submitted an application for PLTW credit, please obtain the updated PLTW application here: https://pltw.mst.edu/undergraduate-credit/. Missouri S&T accepts all current PLTW applications.

If the instructor is not available, a school official can sign in place of the instructor.  i.e. High school counselor, principle, PLTW coordinator, etc.

Your instructor should have access to the EOC score.

EOC scores are waived during COVID (Academic years: 19/20 and 20/21)

Please allow 4 weeks for processing. Missouri S&T will send a letter in the mail once the credit has been processed. This letter includes a payment receipt and instructions on how to request an official college transcript from Missouri S&T.

If you do not receive a letter within 4 weeks, please email brownshe@mst.edu

Once your credit has been processed, you should receive a payment receipt in the mail. If you do not receive a payment receipt within 4 weeks, please email brownshe@mst.edu

Once you receive the letter/payment receipt from our office, you can request an official college transcript via the National Student Clearinghouse:

Letter grades are assigned for the Biomedical Science and Comp Sci/IS&T courses.

A grade of EX is assigned for Engineering courses.
