Missouri S&T hosts at least one counselors' conference a year on its campus and may sponsor regional conferences when needed. The one-day event is intended for counselors or administrators who are new to PLTW or for those who have not been to a counselors' conference in at least three years.

The conference provides the latest information about the PLTW program and offers networking opportunities throughout the state. The charge is minimal, typically $30, and includes lunch and snacks as well as written materials. Normally, the event is held in mid to late October.
